NHS Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) colleagues at all levels are invited to contribute to an innovative research project being led by Carl-Magnus von Behr and Carl Partow at the University of Cambridge. The research project is centred on developing innex.ai, an AI/LLM tool to boost productivity for NHS EFM staff.

The tool is being developed based on three years of research on knowledge sharing among NHS Trusts and in partnership with AI specialists at the University of Cambridge. It unifies repositories spanning NHS guidance and best practices and leverages AI technology for fast and reliable access to the latest information. Moreover, it will facilitate connecting to domain experts and peers for best-practice knowledge sharing and assist in policy drafting and grant applications.

A recent pilot workshop at the HEFMA Trent Branch annual conference has already demonstrated promising results, indicating significant productivity improvements.

You are invited to join a quick 30-45 minute online demo to test the initial pilot of innex.ai. In this demo, participants will receive an introduction to the tool via MS Teams and the opportunity to test the innovative tool that can significantly accelerate your search for guidance and best practice.

You can schedule a 30-45 minute online testing session using the provided Calendly link here.
The team would greatly appreciate your time and input in this vital research phase.

For more information on the study, contact Carl-Magnus von Behr at [email protected] or +44 7552 877625.
