Monthly Branch meetings via video conferencing are to be held by the West Midlands Branch of HEFMA for the remainder of 2020.
Branch officers have taken the decision to restart meetings in this new format to facilitate important communication with, and between, members in this current, difficult climate where things that affect day-to-day operations are evolving rapidly.
The meetings will be limited to one and a half hours only. Their focus will alternate monthly between Hard and Soft FM and member suggestions will be sought at the initial meeting on June 26. Speakers and presentations are also being lined up for the future.
These monthly meetings are an opportunity to keep in touch with members around the West Midlands and for them to interact with each other during a difficult period and to derive some benefit from their membership. The Branch is hoping the meetings will prove to be popular, particularly since no one needs to spend time travelling to them. Invite responses so far indicate the 26 June event will be very well 'attended'.
More information about this event can be found in the Diary Dates listing on this website, including information about how to join for any West Midlands Branch members.
