Yorkshire Ambulance Service requires an inspirational and experienced leader to join our senior leadership team, enabling us to execute our Mission and make our Vision a reality whilst consistently demonstrating the behaviours that model personal commitment to our Values.

This is not a stand-alone role, and the successful candidate would be expected to form sustained positive relationships with internal and external partners that will support the delivery of positive results for the organisation.

We have recently reconfigured our senior leadership team and have established a new and exciting role of Director of Estates and Facilities. The successful candidate will have solid experience of managing a large estate and facilities portfolio, and have the creativity, leadership skills and management capability to strategically maximise efficiency from such resources.
You will be responsible for the overall estate and facilities of the organisation. These resources include Fleet, and Hard and Soft Facilities Management. The appropriate management of our estate and facilities is a key contributing factor to the success of the Yorkshire Ambulance service and the importance of this role cannot be underestimated.

We expect the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate successful record of programme management. This post will provide the Trust with sufficient technical and strategic capability deliver the planned Hub and Spoke and Make Ready programmes, exploit partnership working with other public sector bodies and improve governance.
