Whilst the NHS has fulfilled its ‘raison d’être’ over the past few months - to save lives - and the public have demonstrated their love for the health service by clapping repeatedly for carers and other key workers, HEFMA would like to extend our thanks to the suppliers that have demonstrated their continued support for the association and our members.
HEFMA members across the country and in all sorts of different roles and disciplines have commented on the tremendous support of suppliers throughout these challenging few months. We know times have been difficult for many businesses, which is why HEFMA would like to add a particularly big thank you to those companies who have remained committed to our National Leadership Forum.
Our 2020 event was one of many that fell victim to the pandemic, but we are thrilled that so many of our suppliers have carried over their exhibition stand bookings to the re-scheduled 2021 Forum, demonstrating their flexibility, consideration and the strength of their support for the NHS.
We are looking forward to meeting all of our exhibitors at the Stadium MK in Milton Keynes next May (27 – 28) where our Forum will address the theme of ‘Managing the Best Patient Outcome’. The pandemic has been responsible for an horrendous death toll across the world, but it will also be remembered as a harbinger of change and nowhere has that been more evident than within the NHS. Our members will be looking for ideas, products and solutions which enhance and embed the learnings from the experience of 2020 into the ‘new normal’, allowing them to help build an even better and stronger health service for the future.
